Come and join this magical soundscape and journey in a sacred space! Join the community to stand in solidarity with all people that are affected by the war in Ukraine and the neighbouring countries. Share a moment of deep relaxation and send an intention of peace to yourself and war-affected people in midst of this difficult time. You can sit or lie on the church benches or come with your yoga matt to lie on the floor. We recommend having warm cloths and bring some sort of a blanket to cover yourself. The sound bath is best received when lying straight on the ground or bench but seated is absolutely possible as well. Whichever the position, it is normal for your body temperature to go down, therefore warm cloths and the blanket will keep you warm, comfortable and enjoy the sounds to the fullest!

The Soul SPA™ wellness Loving Peace Oasis is a community circle that BeYOUtiful VITA offers. Each Soul SPA has a theme around which we engage during our journey together. There is no pre knowledge necessary. We will open the Soul SPA circle by checking in, setting intentions, meditation and breathwork, we use Intuitive Visualization and water flow journaling to create the basis for a shift in perspective, creating possibilities, positive life focus and energy, do a guided loving self-care massage and then I will take you on a 1-hour transformative, deep, relaxing and healing sound bath. You draw a personalized BeYOUtiful VITA affirmation card as the intention of the week before we close of the circle.
